Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt. He has wavy red hair. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sapply grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sapply. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sapply fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His hair is white and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears a brown Stetson hat and brown clothes. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'7" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vapula does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
