One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Thea took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kite grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
