History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A true patriot, Shamil would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Shamil was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
