History: Born in the south to a Hunter, Art learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Hunter. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bowyer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When Sumnes reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She became a Scribe soon after.
