Description: 3'0" and muscular, this eastern man wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. His hair is long and golden with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Halander was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mercenary. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Wymar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many red ritualistic tattoos. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he is greedy

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he usually wears his brown robe and has his greataxe always slung over his shoulder. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and Elaim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
