History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Uthemar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
