History: He comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Mindartis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mindartis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bounty Hunter. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Havilar never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
