History: Pelt was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
