History: Fax hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She got into the Herbalist business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
