Description: An older woman who wears brown trousers with grey and tan striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts, she is not a threatening figure. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 92. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: She got into the Barber business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a grey costume with the symbols of death on his torso. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has wavy chestnut hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Andram grew up listening to his father's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This dark-skinned male is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Uraim liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
