History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Heian abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fletcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. She tends to her Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
