History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ootah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ootah. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has achieved small success as a Ruler.
