History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Wiggens was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
