Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frederick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frederick. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
