History: Roondar hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Roondar began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor. He has worked as a Sculptor like his mother before him.

History: She got into the Herbalist business at a young age. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
