Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Paymon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Dee has worked very hard to control her curse. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
