History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Juliana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Juliana. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dyer. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and further expansion of business

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available she will default to her scimitar. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Claira was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
