History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull tan iron scale mail. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He likes to wear white tank tops with violet pants. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ur-Dag was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her crest, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
