History: Purah was born the youngest of three triplets. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Description: This woman very much looks the part of a Mayor. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her long yellow fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her yellow eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shivering studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
