Description: The light-skinned man stands 4'0" and wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. He has shaved his head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). After a long history of fighting, Nordak and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. Her silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull white iron scale mail. She is portly but not overly obese. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has blue eyes.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sailor business.
History: Born in the south to a Sailor, Symma learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She struck the Sailor job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She sports black long hair. She has blue eyes.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Healer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Healer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
