Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'0". She wears a red vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her red boots flare out at the collars, and her gloved hand is found clutching a shield. Her long golden hair reaches down to her waist. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Rose never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She tends to wear a large green jacket. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her white crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This red eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a Dyer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a Mayor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her longbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. Being a Apothecary kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Tarak was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Tarak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
