History: She was born in a small mountains village. Phelaia liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new sculptor responsibilities is difficult
