History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Herbalist profession.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Morana grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Sage and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Being a Shepherd kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
