Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Pallabar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Pallabar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Pallabar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
