Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.

He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Priest, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
