Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, River studied abroad. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, River has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
