History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in nunchaku use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
