When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Purban and his spouse have recently divorced.
