History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pearl grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born into a rich family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
