Description: An older man who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, he is not a threatening figure. He has dyed his greying purple hair a little too much giving a sharp purple color. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother.
