History: Sariel was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with her Spice Merchant mother left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it
