History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rael alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Rael never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Gillyd was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Architect. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Unemployed born in the past three hundred years. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Junk Dealer, but he was a colossal failure. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
