The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Crown-heir, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Phelaia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and revenge
