Description: He has a missing right leg. He prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His hair is cut close to his head. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Pûgrish was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Pûgrish's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: She has a missing left arm. She wears a grey collared shirt and yellow skirt. She accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are brown.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ermina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ermina. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she wants revenge against drow

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Gurdis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She became a Fletcher soon after.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing her hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
