History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dalgal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dalgal. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
