Description: This man wears a black costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. His scarlet crest is lengthy. His eyes are likewise gold.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tarhun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has wavy orange fur. He is baby faced.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She is portly but not overly obese. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Decarabia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Decarabia liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she feels threatened by others

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a black tunic with grey highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Merihim will drive conversation. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Gifted from a young age, Merihim studied abroad. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Expand his business; and a deep hatred of dire rats
