History: Born in the east to a Spice Merchant, Cecily learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She struck the Spice Merchant job and began her own company from there.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
