Sporting a chestnut mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gaaki has worked very hard to control her curse. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Great was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
