History: Burgell hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Burgell alone in the world. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length scarlet crest. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pandjed was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
