History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with her Shoemaker father left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
