Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Phelaia hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
