Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barber arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a Barber soon after.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and regain custody of her son
