History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Actor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Actor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Norman was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
