She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shanairla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Detective, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
