History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She became a Spy soon after.

History: Vepar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
