History: Avice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: He was born into a rich family. Modean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and to reunite with her absent father
