History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Merla grew up listening to her father's many stories. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She became a Ploughman soon after.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
