History: He was born at the edge of vast island. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
