History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Eleanor hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Eleanor was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eleanor decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now mingles about in high society.
