Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Xappan hails from a village terrorized by drow. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
